As an experienced Doula, my goal is to give you and your family the attention and knowledge you need to make informed decisions about your pregnancy and labor.
I founded my business in 2017 and consider myself blessed to have found such a fulfilling career. I love working with expecting families to help them navigate the birth and labor process. I look at each new birth as a unique experience and in return I provide mothers with the encouragement and motivation they need.

How I Assist
I offer a variety of support services personalized for each client. Depending on when you hire me, I provide advice on everything from nutrition and exercise to developing a birth plan and picking the right birthing facility.
Postpartum Care
Some parents and their families need help adjusting to the new baby after birth. We provide assistance by helping with light chores, providing sibling care, cooking, and etc.

Childbirth Education
We educate expectant parents on what to expect during pregnancy, labor, and beyond. Some topics include breastfeeding, pain management & breathing techniques, postpartum depression, dilation and effacement, and etc.
